Recently had an incident with the car’s total loss result. Through the whole stressful journey the company has been keeping in touch and helped with all the steps since the unlucky day. The car was quickly collected from the place where the incident took place. The claim has been sorted in less than a month! I’m really happy with the customer experience I had including patient and experienced agents I’ve spoken to. Thank you for making this less stressful than I though it would be!

I would definitely recommend Veygo to anyone looking for short term cover with insurance! They offer great services with the best prices, better than any other I’ve come across! Their customer care team are also brilliant and very efficient, they resolved a log in issue for me very very promptly! A particular mention to Emily in the customer service department for being so helpful and friendly! :-)

Love it. Good value. But it’s frustrating having to fill out all my details every time I buy insurance especially since I use it weekly. Would be good if, when you have an account it stores details like number plate and car so I don’t have to fill it all in again!
